About the Job
Job Description:
- Install and set up water coolers and dispensers at customer locations.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing.
- Diagnose and repair technical and electrical/mechanical issues.
- Replace damaged or defective parts when required.
- Carry out cooler and dispenser sanitization according to hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Monitor equipment condition and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain service and maintenance records.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Water Cooler/Dispenser Technician or similar technical role.
- Good knowledge of water cooler installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of cooler cleaning and sanitization procedures.
- Ability to work independently and attend customer locations.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- FMCG/water industry experience will be an advantage.
