WE ARE HIRING – VAN SALESMAN

Traditional Trade Sales
We are looking for experienced Van Salesmen to join our Traditional Trade Sales Team.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: AED 3,000
  • Commission: Up to AED 1,500
  • Accommodation: Provided
  • Transportation: Provided
  • Annual Leave: 30 Days Paid Annual Leave

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of FMCG / Traditional Trade Sales experience.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • FMCG / Beverage / Van Sales experience preferred.
  • Experience driving and handling a 3-Ton Vehicle.
  • Good knowledge of Traditional Trade outlets and sales routes.
  • Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned Traditional Trade sales routes.
  • Visit groceries, supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, and other outlets.
  • Generate daily orders and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new customers and expand market coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at outlets.
  • Handle collections and maintain accurate sales records.
