Mechanical Technician
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage production lines.
- Operate, overhaul, and maintain beverage lines, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage production line machinery (Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines) and injection machines.
- Have a basic understanding of electrical systems to assist in troubleshooting.
- Plan, estimate, and manage mechanical jobs to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, thereby extending equipment life.
- Identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all machinery on production lines.
- Develop procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Provide basic training to machine operators on mechanical equipment and safety procedures.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to refer to and utilize manuals/catalogs effectively.
Special Traits:
- Proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex mechanical tasks independently.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Sidel, KHS, or Krones beverage lines and injection machines is highly preferred.
- Background in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
