Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Technician with strong hands-on expertise in beverage production lines and injection lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, planning, and continuous improvement to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimal downtime.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Technician with strong hands-on expertise in beverage production lines and injection lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, planning, and continuous improvement to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for beverage filling and injection lines
- Excellent experience in PLC systems and classic electrical control
- Plan, schedule, and estimate electrical jobs and maintenance activities
- Read, understand, and interpret all types of electrical circuits and drawings
- Direct and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled downtime and extend equipment life
- Identify and manage electrical spare parts requirements for all line machines
- Determine proper procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems
- Provide basic technical training to machine operators and junior technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures
- Strong working knowledge of beverage line machines such as Sidel, KHS, or Krones
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in shift schedules
- Capable of referring to technical manuals and catalogs
- Team-oriented with leadership capability on the shop floor
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in beverage manufacturing plants
- Hands-on expertise with high-speed filling, packaging, and injection lines
