Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Traditional Trade (TT) van sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Develop new sales routes and expand market coverage across assigned territories.
- Monitor van sales operations, route productivity, and customer coverage efficiency.
- Ensure proper execution of sales plans, promotions, and product visibility in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers to increase sales growth.
- Track sales performance, collection status, and stock movement of van sales operations.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and proper stock availability in sales vans.
- Train and guide van sales representatives on sales techniques, route management, and customer handling.
- Monitor merchandising standards and ensure proper product placement at outlets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth loading and dispatch operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Traditional Trade (TT) sales operations.
- Strong experience in van sales and route development.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE market and retail distribution channels preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage field operations effectively.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
