Job Summary:
The 5 Gallon Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bulk water (5-gallon) sales operations, managing delivery routes, supervising sales drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving sales and collection targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage 5-gallon sales drivers and delivery teams across assigned routes.
- Ensure daily delivery schedules, route plans, and customer coverage are executed efficiently.
- Monitor timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction for home and office clients.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets, including new customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee cash collection, invoicing, and ensure accurate reconciliation by the team.
- Identify opportunities to expand 5-gallon customer base in residential and commercial areas.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain service quality.
- Track competitor pricing, service levels, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and route performance reports.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for stock availability and delivery efficiency.
- Train drivers on customer service, upselling, and route optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in bottled water/5-gallon distribution.
- Experience managing delivery drivers and route-based sales teams.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and collection targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of route planning and customer handling.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic sales/reporting systems.
