About the Job
Duties:
  • Drive the company vehicle and follow the assigned daily sales route.
  • Visit customers, shops, groceries, supermarkets, and other outlets.
  • Sell company products and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Take customer orders and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • Collect payments from customers and submit them as per company procedures.
  • Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and daily reports.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and used responsibly.
  • Follow traffic rules, company policies, and assigned delivery schedules.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE route sales experience in FMCG or beverage distribution.
  • Valid UAE driving licence suitable for the assigned vehicle.
  • Experience driving a 3-ton pickup or delivery vehicle is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and handle cash collections.
  • Familiarity with UAE roads and customer routes.
