About the Job
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG, Bottled Water, Beverage, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong experience handling major supermarkets, hypermarkets, and Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, increasing product listings, distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in UAE Modern Trade.
- Experience in promotions, merchandising, shelf management, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE FMCG market is essential.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Only candidates with strong UAE Modern Trade experience in FMCG / Water / Beverage companies will be considered.
