About the Job
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and maintain the company’s overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Administer and support ERP, SFA, Payroll, Attendance, and other business applications.
- Manage SAP Business One and coordinate with vendors/implementation partners for system support and improvements.
- Manage Fortinet Firewall, security policies, updates, patches, and network security.
- Manage Microsoft Azure/cloud infrastructure, user access, backups, and related services.
- Ensure cybersecurity policies, access controls, antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection measures are implemented.
- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, servers, and critical IT systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, permissions, access rights, and employee onboarding/offboarding IT requirements.
- Plan and manage IT hardware, software, licenses, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain proper IT asset records and ensure company equipment is properly assigned and controlled.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, backup plans, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor regular data backups and ensure business-critical information can be recovered when required.
- Identify opportunities for IT automation, digital transformation, and process improvement across departments.
- Evaluate and recommend new software, technologies, and systems based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and other departments to understand technology requirements.
- Manage external IT service providers and ensure agreed service levels are maintained.
- Prepare IT budgets, monitor IT-related expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and applicable information-security requirements.
- Lead and supervise IT team members, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding IT operations, incidents, projects, risks, and system performance.
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.
