Responsibilities:

- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Support payroll and salary-related documentation.
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in performance appraisals and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
