HR Leadership & Strategy:
- Execute HR and talent strategy for workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession.
- Lead and supervise the HR team (HR Officers, Recruitment Specialist, support staff).
- Advise management on manpower planning and organizational structure.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Drive Emiratization and ensure compliance with UAE national workforce requirements.
- Represent HR in management/HOD meetings.
- Oversee HR audits, ISO readiness, and labour law compliance.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
- Manage and supervise full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with departments to identify manpower needs and skill gaps.
- Prepare and approve job descriptions and offers.
- Conduct background checks and eligibility verifications.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention).
HR Operations & Systems:
- Implement and maintain HRMS and internal HR databases.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Review employment contracts and renewals.
- Prepare HR reports (overtime, manpower, dashboards).
- Support CEO and Finance with HR analytics and data.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations as per UAE Labour Law.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GPSSA, WPS, and municipal regulations.
- Oversee labour camp accommodation and compliance.
- Promote fair and transparent communication across the company.
Policy, Performance & Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Oversee performance appraisals and KPI evaluations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and disciplinary procedures.
Reporting, Coordination & Analytics:
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports (manpower, payroll, attendance, recruitment).
- Provide HR analytics and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, PROs, and government entities.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory HR compliance documentation.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation:
- Lead HR digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate HRMS integration with payroll and attendance systems.
- Improve HR processes and workflows.
- Support change management and innovation within HR
