Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting social media execution, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Production:
- Create and produce high-quality content for social media (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Plan, shoot, and edit content for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Social Media Execution:
- Support the execution of the social media content calendar.
- Ensure timely posting and coordination with the marketing team.
- Adapt content formats based on platform trends and requirements.
Campaign & Marketing Support:
- Assist in ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across campaigns
- Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing social media grid (especially Instagram)
- Organize content layout to align with brand colors, tone, and identity
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to meet campaign goals.
- Assist in preparing and optimizing content assets for different platforms.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor basic metrics like engagement, reach, and views.
- Share insights and suggestions to improve content performance.
- Adapt content strategy based on trends and analytics.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest content trends and platform updates.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
- Support improvements in content creation processes.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience in photography, videography, or editing is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
