Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in FMCG, bottled water, food, and beverage markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to increase product distribution and market share.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, client meetings, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and distributors.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client complaints or service issues effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, customer feedback reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets.
- Follow up on payments, outstanding balances, and account reconciliations with customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships to increase repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements for business growth and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer database, and pipeline opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within FMCG, bottled water, food, or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market and distribution channels preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
